| Abstract italiano | Nel marzo 1202 i Crociati d’Oltralpe attraversano le Alpi al Moncenisio e al Monginevro diret- ti a Venezia e a Costantinopoli. In quegli stessi giorni nella valle della Dora Riparia vengono appianate, seppur in modo non definitivo, alcune questioni aperte nel confronto territoriale tra i conti d’Albon (Delfini) e i conti di Moriana-Savoia in aperta competizione per il controllo dei passi nelle Alpi occidentali tra i regni d’Italia e di Borgogna. I poteri regionali tra due contee in ancor provvisoria trasformazione aprono un confronto serrato nel territorio segusino duramente penalizzato da Federico Barbarossa a seguito dell’atteggiamento ostile del conte di Moriana-Savoia, Umberto III. Suo figlio, Tommaso I, recupererà un miglior rapporto con gli Svevi grazie alla mediazione del marchese aleramico Bonifacio, suo tutore. |
| Abstract francese | En mars 1202 les Croisés d’outre-Alpes traversèrent les Alpes jusqu’au Mont Cenis et Montgenèvre en route vers Venise et Constantinople. En ces mêmes jours dans la vallée de Dora Riparia, certaines questions ouvertes sont résolues, quoique pas définitivement, dans la confrontation territoriale entre les comtes d’Albon (Delfini) et les comtes de Moriana-Savoia en compétition ouverte pour le contrôle des cols dans le Alpes occidentales entre les royaumes d’Italie et de Bourgogne. Les pouvoirs régionaux entre deux comtés en transformation encore temporaire ouvrent un affrontement rapproché dans le territoire de Suse sévèrement pénalisé par Frédéric Barberousse suite à l’attitude hostile du comte de Moriana-Savoia, Umberto III. Son fils, Tommaso I, retrouvera une meilleure relation avec les Souabes grâce à la médiation du marquis Aleramico Bonifacio, son tuteur. |
| Abstract inglese | In March 1202 the Crusaders from beyond the Alps crossed the Alps to Mont Cenis and Montgenèvre on their way to Venice and Constantinople. In those same days in the Dora Riparia valley, some open questions are resolved, albeit not definitively, in the territorial confrontation between the counts of Albon (Delfini) and the counts of Moriana-Savoia in open competition for the control of the passes in the western Alps between the kingdoms of Italy and Burgundy. The regional powers between two counties in still temporary transformation open a close confrontation in the territory of Susa severely penalized by Frederick Barbarossa following the hostile attitude of the Count of Moriana-Savoia, Umberto III. His son, Tommaso I, will recover a better relationship with the Swabians thanks to the mediation of the Marquis Aleramico Bonifacio, his tutor. |
